Compared
to other icecreams, like for example the italian one, turkish
icecream is more sticky and does not melt that fast. Due to that
fact, you can find dondurmaci making tricks with the icecream and the
cone. As your icecream does not melt fastly, you really can enjoy its
delicious taste. You can have lots of different tastes, which
you can not find in other countries, like chestnut, carob, pumpkin,
bal and carrot. We recommend to eat dondurma in Ali Usta in Moda or Yasar Usta in Bostancı. Yasar's
recipe is completely different, if we compare his icecream with other
places in Istanbul.
