Midye Dolma are mussels filled with rice and spices like cinnamon, kadmon, coriander etc. Due to the spices, the rice gets a brown color. You can find Midye Dolma almost everywhere in the streets and they cost between 50 kurus and 1 lira. You put some lemon juice on it and eat it directly out of the shell. I can hardly recommend to have some of them after having a beer.
