Kadıköy Baylan






Kadıköy Baylan was founded 1961 by Mihal Lenas, who's family migrated from Epir to Istanbul. It was their third Cakehouse (pastane) after having success with the other two. This place became really famous among the elite society of Kadıköy. They are still preserving their atmosphere from the 60's. They have a big choice of different sweets in their shops and everything is fresh and homemade. Their specialities are Kup Griye (vanilla, caramel, icecream, honey almond), Adisababa (parfait) and Peş Melba (croquant, icecream, peach). You can also buy ingredients to make your own cookies and cakes.
